6. Shipping & Fulfillment

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
• Orders may be fulfilled from multiple domestic or international warehouses
• Orders may be shipped in multiple shipments
• Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• Carrier-confirmed delivery constitutes completed fulfillment
• Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of Centovita
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
• Order cancellation is only permitted within 24 hours and before fulfillment
• Nutritional supplements are non-returnable once shipped due to safety and hygiene regulations
• Partial refunds may be issued only for unshipped items
• Carrier-confirmed delivery completes the transaction
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Centovita customer support to attempt resolution prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback for products that have been shipped and delivered, or for products deemed non-returnable under our policies, may constitute a breach of these Terms.
